株式会社名越スタジオ（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するウェブサイトその他の関連サービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）において、本サービスを利用するユーザー様（以下「ユーザー様」といいます。）のプライバシーに関連する情報を、本プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱うものとします。当社は、ユーザー様のプライバシーに関連する情報を適切かつ安全に管理し、個人情報の保護に関する法律を遵守します。

取得する情報
当社は、ユーザー様に関する次の各情報（以下「ユーザーデータ」といいます。）を、ユーザー様から取得する場合があります。
(1) 職務経歴書その他エントリーシート記載事項（氏名、性別、生年月日、電話番号、メールアドレス等）
(2) 採用活動のために行なった当社と求職者との間の通信内容
(3) その他、他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより求職者個人が識別できるもの

ユーザーデータの利用目的
当社は、本サービスを、ユーザー様により満足していただけるものとするために、ユーザーデータを取得し、利用します。当社が取得するユーザーデータは、当社が次に掲げる事項を行うためにのみ、利用される場合があります。
(1) ユーザー様に本サービスを提供するため
(2) 採用の目的を実現するため

ユーザーデータの第三者提供
当社は、ユーザー様の同意を得ずに第三者に対してユーザーデータを開示することがありません。しかし、次に掲げる場合には、第三者に対しユーザーデータを開示することがあります。
(1) 本プライバシーポリシー第2条に掲げる利用目的を実現するため、当社は、当社の関連会社及びサービスプロバイダに対し、ユーザーデータの取り扱いを委託する場合があります。ただし、当該委託は本プライバシーポリシー第2条に規定された利用目的の範囲内でのみ行うものとし、当社は、当社の関連会社及びサービスプロバイダに対し、ユーザーデータの保護に関する本プライバシーポリシーの規定を順守させるものとします。
(2) (a)ユーザー様の同意がある場合、(b)法令に基づく場合、(c)人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、ユーザー様ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき、(d)公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、ユーザー様ご本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき、又は(e)国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザー様ご本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合には、法令に従って、第三者に対しユーザーデータを開示することがあります。

ユーザーデータの共同利用
当社は、第2条に掲げる利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、第1条に掲げるユーザーデータを、当社の親会社、子会社及び関連会社と共同利用することがあります。この場合、当社が責任をもってユーザーデータを管理し、本プライバシーポリシーに従った取り扱いがなされるようにいたします。

お子様のユーザーデータ
15歳以下のユーザー様が本サービスを利用し、ユーザーデータを入力される場合には、保護者の方の同意のもとで行っていただけますよう、お願いいたします。

本プライバシーポリシーの適用範囲
本サービスには、第三者が所有又は運営するウェブサイトへのリンクが含まれている場合があります。ユーザー様は、当該ウェブサイトを利用する場合、そのプライバシーポリシーを確認するものとします。掲示板、電子メール又はチャットエリア等、オンラインの場での個人情報の開示は、ユーザー様の個人情報の流出につながる可能性があります。本プライバシーポリシーは、かかる場合まで保護範囲内とするものではありません。当社は、当該ウェブサイトの内容若しくはプライバシーポリシー等について又はそれらのウェブサイトを所有又は運営する第三者の諸行為について、責任を負いかねます。

ユーザーデータの開示・訂正等
ユーザー様は、本サービス上のアカウント管理画面における操作（ユーザーデータの内容によっては、第8条に掲げるお問い合わせ窓口に対して申し出ていただく必要のある場合があります）等により、当社が取得したユーザーデータの開示、ユーザーデータの内容の訂正・追加・削除、ユーザーデータの利用の停止及びユーザーデータの第三者への提供の停止（以下「開示等」といいます。）を求めることができます。ただし、次の各号に該当する場合は、ユーザーデータの全部又は一部について開示等をしないことがあり、当社が開示等を行わない旨の決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知するものとします。
(1) 開示等をすることにより、ユーザー様ご本人又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
(2) 開示等をすることにより、当社の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
(3) 開示等をすることが、法令に違反することとなる場合
(4) 開示等の請求が、ユーザー様ご本人からであることが確認できない場合

本プライバシーポリシーの改定
本プライバシーポリシーは、随時改定されることがあります。変更後の本プライバシーポリシーは、ユーザー様に対してわかりやすい方法で告知するものとし、当該告知がなされた時点からその効力を生じるものとします。

We will not knowingly collect or use personal data from anyone under 15. A child under 15 may utilize the Service and provide the personal data only with their parent or legal guardian’s consent.
